Love your guts (literally).
Proteini emerged onto the health food scene, with impeccably presented, nourishing dishes and a creative take on green juices and protein shakes, quickly becoming a popular Sydney brunch spot. The brand creates almost everything in house; from a seriously mouth watering cabinet of sugar free desserts to freshly ground almond mylk. Proteini partnered with Cord & Berg to concept and design their brand identity.
The cafe space
Cord & Berg worked closely with Proteini to create their punchy identity and evolve the brand strategy into the café space. The space focuses on beautifully constructed food; utilising earthy materials such as warm, welcoming woods and lush green plants that work organically with bold features like the bright green ‘Garden of healthy eating’ neon sign and the black and white wall mural by local artist Georgia Hill. The café culture, and its interior compliment the quirky tone of voice created for the brand, and offer an oasis from the busy city streets.
Building an audience
As part of the pre-launch strategy, Cord & Berg developed Proteini’s online presence 6 months ahead of the launch, releasing a campaign centred around the brand's healthy take on traditional desserts. The campaign ran across multiple digital platforms - giving viewers exclusive access to the brand and the cafe space as they were being built. Interacting and engaging with customers ahead of time, meant Proteini had a strong following ready for the first day of trade.
